This policy explains what Namma Honda, a unit of AW Motors LLP(“we”), collects from visitors to nammahonda.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. What we collect

When you call us, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or use the service booking form on this site, we receive what you send: typically your name, phone number, the vehicle you own or are interested in, your preferred branch and a short description of what you need. We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, book a test ride or a service appointment, prepare an on-road price or finance quote, and follow up on it. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named below.

WhatsApp

Most contact buttons on this site open a pre-filled WhatsApp message to our hotline. Once you send it, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Cookies and advertising

When we run Google Ads campaigns, this site uses Google’s advertising tag. It sets cookies that let us measure which of our ads bring visitors who contact us (conversion tracking) and, where enabled, show our ads to people who have visited this site before (remarketing). Google’s use of this data is described at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works without them.

Who we share data with

Google (advertising measurement, as above), Vercel (our website host), and WhatsApp (for messages you choose to send us). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Vehicle bookings, finance and insurance applications are shared with Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, the financier or the insurer only when you ask us to arrange them. Beyond that, we disclose personal information only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and customer records are kept for as long as we reasonably need them for sales, warranty, service history, tax and legal purposes, then deleted.

Your rights and choices

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email customercare@nammahonda.com and we will action it. You can opt out of any follow-up contact by saying so in any message or call.
